Love Meditation

Relax deeply, resting or lying down. Place your hands on your heart and imagine your heart had nostrils. Gently breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly in the center of your chest.

Now, as you pay attention to your heart, think of a person, pet, moment, or outdoor natural setting you loved. See what you saw. Hear what you heard. Feel what you felt. Marinade in the colors, smells, and sounds as if you were there, right here, right now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Bask in that love.

Imagine eating popcorn 🍿, and let's do it again with another memory and remember to eat your popcorn between scenes. And another memory. And another memory.

Breathe in and breathe out. See what you saw. Hear what you heard. Feel what you feel. Bask in that love for that person, pet, or outdoor setting, and bathe in the colors, smells, and sounds right here, right now. Your cells are listening, and they don't know the difference between past, present, and future. So, as you feel those memories, know you are safe, loved, and okay.

This creates heart and mind coherence, and we are“stacking” positive memories.

By practicing this daily habit, we can achieve a higher vibration when things get challenging.

Also, by placing our hands on our hearts, we are “anchoring” positive memories into our subconscious.

By making this a daily practice, when we are under duress, stress, fear, or worry, we can gently place our hands on our hearts. We will be reminded of all those loving moments, and the “anchoring” will change our channel, turn our page to a higher vibration, and we will honestly remember who we are, which is divine perfection and love.

P.S. If you want more love in your life whether you’re single or paired, come join us Sunday, April 21st, 2024. We will have a day of love, yoga, sound bath, breath work, dance, vegan lunch and much more. See you there! Signup when visit SusanFoxley.com workshop page today!
