From Fault to Fixer


It’s all your fault if you are being triggered, provoked or affected by someone or something!

Just kidding....

But not really!

According to Dr. Hew Len we have to take 100% responsibility for what is showing up in front of us. If we are observing something we don’t like, it’s time to clear and clean the situation, diagnosis or person. By reciting these four phrases quietly within your own your judgement, fear, anger and projections melt away.

Since you are the witness of the disturbance and it begins with YOUR observation, then you can clean with these four statements above that have been called the Ho’oponopono prayer.

When you clean up what you find as being distasteful in your life, through reciting this prayer, you will move from a victim to master. And now, it’s not your fault because you’ve used the magic eraser called forgiveness
