Get Rid Of Your Negative Thoughts!

 

What if you literally hadn’t taken out your trash in years? Wouldn't your home smell and look unbearable?

Hopefully, you take out the trash all the time, but what about the mental trash you've accumulated over the days, months and even years? Dump that mental garbage filled with ruminating over past wrongs, addiction to worry and fear, or the deeply buried resentment.

If ONLY the mind smelled with putridness the way the home does when you don't take out the trash.

Here are some steps I teach in my workshop to throw away the mental trash:

Those first two actions, cleaning and clearing, then planning and planting, are the first two steps in my “Mixed Up to Fixed Up in 4 Weeks” life guide. One of the first things I suggest is to get a piece of paper and write down all your worries, fears, anxieties and resentments you carry around with you… about love, money, your job, your kids, family, career, whatever. Write them all down. Don’t think too much about it but just lay it out there and put it down on that piece of paper. 

Now rip it in shreds and take out that smelly and rancid trash for good.

We don’t need all that garbage getting free rent in our heads. Let’s save that precious space between our ears for the thoughts we WANT to focus on and manifest in our lives. Kick out those Negative Nellies. Evict Fearful Fred, Resentment Rob and Anxious Annie. Raise your mental rent and send those squatters packing.

Take out the trash. Cleaning and clearing your mind is essential to moving forward. You can’t create the new without removing the old.

 Take out your mental trash now and leave it there. Don’t go back out in the alley and bring it back in. Many of us mentally rehearse our wrongs over and over and over again. It’s time to take out the trash and let it go!

Begin NOW by taking out your mental trash out. Clean and clear. Then plan and plant your path to a new future and a new you!
