To You, For You, Through You & As You!

 

Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming. It can feel like life happens TO you. You can feel powerless over circumstances, people, your past, what people say, do, think or feel!


You may feel like a victim.

When that happens, stop.

Reframe your feelings. Reframe your life. Say it doesn’t happen “to” me, it happens “for” me, and take your power back!

Choose to say to yourself, “Everything happens for my highest good.”



Don’t let the outside in. Life doesn’t happen to us unless we let it.

Don’t let the outside BECOME the “cause”. If you let the outside world become the “cause” you will remain a victim. Blaming the weather, the traffic, or the condition of our country for your bad mood is letting the outside world become the “cause”. Take your power back and YOU become the “cause”. If your are the “cause” then the outside world will be the “effect”, and you will be “causing effect”.

Choose to THINK greater than the outside world and let your positivity and prayers spill out onto the world so you will be “causing effect”.

We always have power to CHOOSE better thoughts and feelings. We can control how we respond to people and situations and how we deal with what life throws our way, by being an exemplary EXAMPLE to those around us.

Life doesn’t happen TO us. It happens FOR us, THROUGH us and AS us! So, take care of yourself, listen to your heart, choose how YOU respond, rather than react. Make the best decision you can moving forward.

You hold the key. You have the choices. You have the power.

Become victorious because you ARE!
