What You Want And How To Get It
Would you like a big pile of money? How about a healthier, stronger body? Or maybe a kind, attractive and loving companion to share life with?
The good news is when you answer questions like these you get a better idea of what you want. So, what do YOU want? Make a short list. That list is your intentions, what I call your “endgame.” And now that you know your endgame, it’s time to get busy.
It’s time to MATCH your BEHAVIORS WITH your INTENTIONS.
If you want a pile of money, a vibrant body or life-long love, binging on Netflix won’t get you there. Standing still won’t get you there. Being critical, bossy or bitchy won’t get you there, but your actions, habits and behaviors WILL.
You have to show up and sync your energies to what you want.
Here’s how to match your behaviors with your intentions…
1. Write down your intentions as if they have already manifested. I do a short list of ‘Thank you’s’ such as… “Thank you for my amazing partner.”
2. Close your eyes and see all your intentions in your mind’s eye as if they’ve already happened.
3. Now choose behaviors that match your intentions.
If you want money, keep working at something you have to do while seeking the job you want to do. If you want better health, go for walks or to the gym and make fitness a priority. Do yoga with me for free on my YouTube Channel. Find exercises and activities you enjoy. And if you want a kind and loving relationship, start by speaking kindly and lovingly to yourself. Smile at the mirror and tell yourself you love you. Loving yourself is the path to finding love in your life.
It’s simple but not easy.
It’s like lighting your own match.
You light your own match when you MATCH your BEHAVIORS WITH your INTENTIONS. Do it and watch the world begin to light up for you and everyone around you.
