Do you know the number one quality men look for in women? Do you know the number one quality women look for in  men? It’s actually the same in both sexes: Confidence.

Imagine going to a doctor who waffles over the cure he prescribes you.  Or you get on a plane with a pilot who’s afraid to fly? How about a coach who does not think her team can win?  

We want to be around confident (not arrogant) people. They make us feel safe and secure.

So how do YOU gain confidence? First of all, you have to like yourself. Self-image and confidence go hand and hand.  If you don’t believe in YOU, how do you expect anyone else to? 

Low self-esteem is a growing epidemic and the way to remedy it is to believe in yourself. Compliment yourself often. Tell yourself, “I am lovable”. “I am kind”. “I am beautiful”. “I am strong”. “I like myself”. 

Look in the mirror and believe in the person staring back at you. Fill you up first. Really. Just. Love. Yourself. For once. When you learn how to master your mind, rather than your mind mastering you, you are on the way to confidence.

Always, always, always go where the love is. That love begins with you.
