Additionally, I organize the Awaken Higher Love Retreat twice yearly at the Mary and Joseph Retreat Center in Palos Verdes, offering a range of activities including yoga, soundbaths, breathwork, meditation, relationship and nutritional panels, hypnosis, tarot readings, massages, and a vegan lunch.
