The first thing that runs through your head in the morning is, “I didn’t get enough sleep”. As you get dressed you tell yourself as you look around the house, “There are not enough hours in the day to get all I need done”. As you head out the door and drink your coffee you say, “I need more coffee.” And as you move through your day, the pattern becomes tattooed in your consciousness: “Nothing is enough.”
Bottom line: Too many of us fall into this negative loop of thinking there’s not enough... Time, money, friends, love, you name it.
And it’s a lie.
There IS enough!
You just have to make the conscious choice to get on the frequency of, “There is enough” and “I am enough.”
How do you do this? You do it by focusing on all the leaves on the tree, houses in your city, rocks in the mountains, apples at Whole Foods, stars in the sky and waves in the ocean. Remember, what you focus on grows stronger and there is MORE than enough for everyone!
If you focus on lack of sleep, time and love, your world will reflect it. If you focus on enough time, money and love, your life will begin to reflect that.
As you wake up in the morning, let your mantra be, “I had a great sleep”. As you drink your coffee, say, “That hit the spot”. As you go off to work tell yourself, “I have all the time I need. What a gift!”
Change your message, change your life. As you change what you tell yourself, the world will mirror your thoughts. And yes, there is enough for everyone.
